Hartenholm, November 2024 – For the first time at the BrauBeviale trade fair, Logopak Systeme presents its innovative Logomatic 850 PSC cord labelling system, designed for residue-free labelling of pallets with returnable beverage crates. Labels dispensed by the system are attached to a reusable cord made of recycled textile fibres. Alongside enhanced process efficiency – the label is affixed during the strapping process in a single step – the Logomatic 850 PSC contributes significantly to sustainability by eliminating the need for plastic straps to secure labels. Moreover, reusable crates are free from label material and adhesive residue after use. By employing FSC-certified linerless labels, the system avoids backing material waste and minimises the CO2 footprint of labelling processes.

Hartenholm, November 2024 --- The new Logomatic Series 500 tandem labelling system for the marking of trays and other containers, which Logopak will unveil at BrauBeviale from 26 to 28 November 2024 in Nuremberg (Hall 4, Stand 4-119), is specifically designed to ensure maximum operational reliability and uninterrupted production processes during operation and maintenance. This is made possible by the alternating operation of two independent labelling units, which are integrated into a height- and side-adjustable stainless steel portal frame. The system is controlled via Logopak’s Tandem Controller System. Depending on the application, the two labellers can operate alternately, individually – with the other in hot standby – or simultaneously. Labelling can be applied on-the-fly from above or from the side at high speed, achieving a specified system throughput of up to 180 containers per minute in alternating mode.
