The event will mark the debut of the new Logomatic 850 PSC cord labeller for residue-free pallet labelling of reusable beverage crates, as well as the Logomatic tandem labeller in portal construction for on-the-fly labelling of containers from above or the side.
Also on display will be the air-free Logomatic 850 eP3 pallet labeller with hybrid technology – capable of using both linered and linerless labels; the Logomatic 715 PF labelling system, a compact, efficient, and cost-effective solution for GS1-standard two-side pallet labelling; and the VLP PL6 desktop printer as a backup solution for pallet labelling, which automatically receives current print data in the event of a disruption, allowing labelling tasks to continue manually.

At BrauBeviale, Logopak Systeme will unveil the new Logomatic 850 PSC cord labelling system for residue-free pallet labelling of reusable beverage crates. Labels dispensed by the system are affixed by folding the label's backside around a reusable cord made of recycled textile fibres. In addition to improving process efficiency – the labelling is applied as part of the strapping process in a single step – the Logomatic 850 PSC cord labelling system contributes to sustainability. It eliminates the need for plastic bands to secure labels, and reusable crates are free from adhesive or material residues from labels.
Moreover, using FSC-certified linerless labels prevents any waste from backing material, minimising the carbon footprint of the labelling process. The new labeller can handle up to 120 pallets per hour with single-side labelling, up to 90 pallets per hour for two-sided labelling, and up to 70 pallets per hour for three-sided labelling. Breweries, mineral water producers, and beverage manufacturers who use cords to secure their durable, standardised, and stackable reusable crates on pallets are ideal candidates for the Logomatic 850 PSC cord labelling system.

Maximum Operational and Production Reliability: The Logomatic Series 500 Tandem Labeller
The new Logomatic Series 500 tandem labelling system for marking trays and other containers is designed with a focus on exceptional operational reliability and uninterrupted production during operation and maintenance. This is achieved through the alternating operation of two independent labelling units integrated into a height- and side-adjustable stainless steel portal frame. The system is controlled via Logopak’s tandem controller system, featuring Profinet and OPC-UA connectivity.
Depending on the application, the two labellers can operate alternately, individually (with the other in hot standby), or simultaneously. Labelling is performed on-the-fly, either from above or from the side, at high speeds, with a specified throughput of up to 75 containers per minute.
Print data can be selected and stored manually on the labeller using a barcode reader and the coded order number. Alternatively, data can be automatically selected and retrieved via Logopak’s PID 3SIXTY software tool within a central control system. Direct data integration of the Logomatic tandem labeller into a customer’s line control system is also possible.
