The 100 Series has been designed as a label dispenser without a print engine to provide simple labelling of your products, albeit to the same high quality and performance standards offered by Logopak’s larger series. The 100 Series features a high-quality design and ensures fast labelling processes with up to 120 pre-printed labels applied per minute. A wide range of additional options and 25 different applicators available provide flexible use of the 100 Series for various applications, including labelling of particularly challenging surfaces.
The 100 Series caters for almost every application. In addition to labelling smaller, conventional products, it can also be used to label more complex forms, such as sacks, kegs or canisters.
The choice of labels for the 100 Series is virtually unlimited. Almost all shapes and types of labels up to A5 are possible, from round to contoured labels, RFID tags, seal labels, and many more. The 100 Series can handle them all.
The 100 Series is equipped with an integrated pre-warning system for early identification of the end of the label reel to ensure smooth production processes.
A wide range of customised solutions is available for the 100 Series to cater for demanding production environments and challenging tasks, such as labelling solar panels or kegs.
The 100 Series can be optionally equipped with an individually configurable enclosure to protect your labeller against temperature changes, dust, moisture, or unauthorised access.
The integrated touch screen makes operating your labeller extremely easy. You can check all labelling processes at a glance and adjust the parameters with just a few taps.
